THE OUTLAW WAY
Oct 18 - Nov 15

The Outlaw Way

The Outlaw Way is a 4-week series where we will look at the Roman Road to Salvation. Our memory verse for this series is Romans 1:16. Our culture tells us that we are just fine the way we are and if we need anything it is to be found within ourselves. God’s word tells us that we are in need of a savior and that the gift of Jesus is eternal life.

MEMORY VERSE

Each week we will encourage students to memorize
Romans 1:16

THE OUTLAW WAY
WEEK 4 - A LIVING SACRIFICE
NOVEMBER 15, 2023

This week we are finishing up our series, the Outlaw Way.  Tonight we are going to talk about what it means to live the Outlaw Way.  Our verse tonight is Romans 12:1-2.  There are three key parts to this verse.  Living our life as a living sacrifice, not being conformed to the world, and being transformed by the renewal of the mind.  We will close by discussing that we can participate with the Holy Spirit in the work of renewing our minds by getting an accurate picture of the Lord, spending time in God’s word, and talking to him in prayer.

THE OUTLAW WAY
WEEK 2 - EVERYONE HAS A MASTER
NOVEMBER 1, 2023

THE OUTLAW WAY
WEEK 1 - EVERYONE HAS A VOID
OCTOBER 18, 2023

Tonight we are going to discuss that we were created to be in relationship with God and others. Romans tells us that all have sinned and fallen short of God’s ideal. When we sin, it causes death and distance in our relationships. This death and distance creates a void that we all try to fill, but nothing works because nothing in this world can fill it. This applies to us and everyone we meet. Finally we will end by discussing that we were designed to be in relationship with God, and God wants a relationship with us as much as we need it.
