This week we will explore Hebrews chapters 5-7 and see that Jesus is Better Than our Mediators
The story of Melchizedek points to the Levitical priests who point to Jesus as a true and better priest (mediator). The story of Abraham and Isaac show the need for a sacrifice and points to the sacrificial system which points to Jesus as a true and better sacrifice. Students are encouraged to respond to Jesus as our mediator in 3 ways

1) Repent and Soften our Hearts
2) Grow in Community
3) Endure in Trials

This week we will explore Hebrews chapters 3-4 and see that Jesus is Better Than our Desires
We will examine 3 desires that are satisfied better in Jesus than in the ways of the world.

1) Rest
2) Comfort
3) Control

We will examine how Jesus is better in 3 ways:
