We are so glad you are choosing to trust us with the care of your children! Here are some details to help your family.

Allergies & Special Needs

Please notify us of ANY and ALL allergies, medical or behavioral special needs so we can best help your children. For your convenience, we provide Goldfish and Animal Crackers for snacks in classrooms to toddler ages and above. If your child has any severe allergies, please request an allergy bracelet from the check in desk. This will ensure every volunteer is aware of your child’s need.

Check-In & Safety

In order to provide the safest environment for your children while in our care, we follow a strict check-in process with matching parent and child stickers as well as security located at each entrance.

Paging System:

We have a paging system in place where we put the child’s security number on the screen in the worship center in the case of an emergency. Crossbridge staff are the only people authorized to ask the media team to put a number on the screen

Background Screening:

All Crossbridge KIDS volunteers are carefully trained and background-checked before serving in your children’s classrooms.

Wellness Policy

The following list of symptoms to determine if a child will be admitted to our classrooms:

Persistent coughing, sneezing, runny nose or eyes, stomachache/vomiting, earache, diarrhea, fever (100 degrees; must be fever free for 24 hours), or rash (except diaper rash).

Our desire is to protect all children and volunteers from exposure to illness. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a healthy ministry environment.

When children are taken to the restroom, they are given as much privacy as possible. The volunteer will stand in the hall doorway. Volunteers will enter the restroom stall only when absolutely necessary to assist a preschool child, leaving the stall door open. Only an adult female will assist a preschool child. All potty-trained age-groups have a restroom within the classroom in the preschool area.
