Elders
Crossbridge is an Elder overseen church. The Elders are the highest level of authority in the local church (Acts 14:23, Hebrews 13:17, Titus 1:5). They are responsible for overseeing the doctrine, direction, resources and discipling of Crossbridge Church.

Staff
Crossbridge is a staff led church. Our staff members provide opportunity, equipping, encouragement and support to people who serve God by doing all the things that need to be done to execute our strategy to accomplish our mission. They are held responsible for their faithful adherence to the doctrine of the church and execution of the direction of the elders.
