Summer Reading List
I love to read, as many of you know. So, I wanted to give you a list of books you might want to pick up as you head out of town this summer, are lounging at the pool, or sitting on your couch wondering what to do with yourself now that “24” and “LOST” are gone.
Dug Down Deep, by Joshua Harris
A Praying Life, by Paul Miller
Surprised by Grace, by Tullian Tchividian
Why We Love the Church, by Kevin DeYoung and Ted Kluck
Holy Subversion, by Trevin Wax and Ed Stetzer
What Did You Expect: Redeeming the Realities of Marriage, by Paul David Tripp
You Can Change, by Tim Chester
Fiction:
CS Lewis’ Space Trilogy or The Chronicles of Narnia
Ted Dekker – Pretty much anything. Dekker is in my opinion the best Christian Fiction writer out there today!
George MacDonald’s The Princess and the Goblin
Why not put the TV on vacation, and enjoy something that might stretch you and feed your soul.
Happy Reading!
