Chuck is married to Kathleen and has four children: Margaret, Elizabeth, Benjamin and Esther. He enjoys Jesus, family, red meat, chocolate, theology, action movies and horses. His hope for Crossbridge is that we would be a Gospel-Centered Community that blesses our city.
Ben Hester
Worship Pastor

Ben is married to Micah and has two children: Christopher and Heidi. He enjoys studying scripture, spending time with family, movies, good food and fishing. His hope for Crossbridge is that it would be a place where people have a passion for worship and the gospel.
Tisha Rich
Director of Children's Ministry
(oversees ministry to children birth through 5th grade)

Tisha is married to Scott, has a daughter named Karenna and a yellow lab they call "Pua." Tisha enjoys learning more about the Word, family time, the beach, sushi, live jazz, and high school football. Her hope for Crossbridge is that parents will partner with the church, together investing in and shaping their child's faith daily.

Associate Pastor

Glenn is married to his high school sweetheart Terri, has 3 grown daughters and 1 granddaughter. He is also a business owner with a passion for working with marketplace professionals. He enjoys his granddaughter, flying airplanes, and mentoring church planters. His hope for Crossbridge is that we will be a missional community who makes a difference in the city and the world.
